Finding tools to help the journey

Hello Everyone:

The internet has a wealth of tools to help with weight loss and health management.  These are tools to help you be accountable for your daily nutrition and physical activity. 

We all have little tricks to keep us motivated! 

There's two I like: Calorie King and FitDay

Calorie King has a full program to help you log your activities and calories.  There is a fee.  Calorie King also makes a calorie book to help you monitor your nutrition intake.

They have an online community, food and activity monitoring, and more.  You can still use their food search to look up calories for free.  http://www.calorieking.com

The one I'm currently using is FitDay.  They have different versions: Free, Desktop, and Premium.
The free version has many features to help you monitor and set your weight loss goals. I like it because I get to see how many calories will help with keeping me healthy while also losing weight.  You can monitor your carbs, fat, and protein intake.  There's also an online community. http://www.fitday.com
