 from Mexico, Juan Pablo Chavez attended the Institute of Culinary 
Education and trained at acclaimed New York City restaurants  Per Se and
 Le Bernardin.  As the owner of Healthy Meals JPC, Juan Pablo  also 
works as a personal chef and has been teaching New York City residents 
healthy cooking classes for years.  He is a trained economist, a yoga 
and swimming enthusiast and is delighted to work at the Wellness Club to
 promote a healthy lifestyle environment for all our stakeholders.
